Be a solar pioneer: Find out how you can buy locally grown solar energy, without installing panels on your own home!
Seattle City Light is launching an innovative community-based solar energy project to increase access to solar energy. Up to 500 customers will be able to enroll in City Light’s first community solar project at Jefferson Park. In partnership with Parks and Rec, City Light is installing three solar picnic shelters which will generate clean, renewable electricity while providing a place for community gatherings.
This workshop will provide a brief overview of the project, Q&A, and enrollment details. Refreshments provided!
